Refunds & Cancellation

1. Everything is free to try, so you rarely need a refund

You never have to spend anything to find out whether ReactionCut works for you. Every feature is free, at full resolution, with unlimited exports. Free output simply carries a watermark. You only ever pay to remove that watermark (1 credit = 1 finished video). Please make one complete free video first. That way you know your files, your browser and your machine all work, and that you like the result, before any money changes hands.

2. A full refund within 14 days, if the pack is unused

Changed your mind? Write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund it in full, as long as no credit from that purchase has been used. The refund covers the whole pack and the pack's credits are removed from your balance. This applies to every customer, wherever you live.

Once a credit from a pack has been spent on a finished video, that purchase is final: the watermark-free video was delivered to you, and a pack is not refunded in part. If you bought more than one pack, credits count as spent from your oldest purchase first. After 14 days a purchase is final either way, and the credits simply stay on your account, with no expiry.

3. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing here reduces a right that mandatory consumer law gives you, for example the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal, which we honour for credits you have not yet used. When you spend a credit, the watermark-free video is delivered to you immediately; by spending it you expressly request that immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for that spent credit.

4. Failed or cancelled generations are never charged

A credit is taken only when a generation finishes successfully. If it fails, is cancelled, or the tab closes halfway through, nothing is charged. If a credit was taken but you did not receive a usable video, that is our problem, not yours: tell us what happened and we will put the credit back on your balance.

5. How to reach us

One e-mail to [email protected] from the address on your account, saying what you bought and what happened. We answer within a few working days. A money refund is issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the seller of record, and normally appears within 5–10 working days. A credit put back after a failed generation appears on your balance straight away.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. It is faster for both of us. Accounts with a chargeback filed without contacting us first may be suspended pending review.
