What makes the first reply useful

Something went wrong in the editor
Your browser and version, which of the five steps you were on, and what you had just done. Copy in any red message as it is, and add a screenshot if you have one.
Credits, payments or an invoice
The e-mail on the account and roughly when you paid. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who are the seller on your receipt, so a VAT question reaches them faster than us. Anything about the credits themselves is ours.
Privacy, data, or a legal request
Write from the address on the account so we know it is yours. A copy of your data and deletion are self-service; correction, restriction and portability are answered within 30 days.

One thing we cannot help with: what you are allowed to publish. ReactionCut supplies no video, never receives yours, and only edits what you bring. Whether a particular reaction is fair use is a question for a lawyer in your country, not for us, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
